UPDATE 4/26 Message below from Lisa McAleer Good evening EWoW Parents, My apologies for the late notice, but we had to move the Aquarium trip to Thursday May 2nd because May 1st is apparently senior skip day. Since there are no classes May 2nd, I hope that everyone can still come. We were able to get the group rate of $20 per ticket, so please have your student bring a check (made out to EWoW) or cash to school by Monday, April 29th. So far we have the following students on the list: (Please let me know asap if I missed your student) Max Rey McKaila (Mac) Bailey Zeke Arlo Inti Chase Brooke Joe Emma Gwen Zoe Anushka We will depart EWoW at 9:30 am and will meet at the aquarium main entrance at 11:30 am for group entry, exhibits, and lunch. We will leave the aquarium at 3:30 and arrive back at EWoW around 5:30 (traffic dependent). Please be sure to send your student with money for lunch/snacks and there is a gift shop there as well. RSVP INFO Hi Everyone, I'd like to announce that we are now collecting RSVPs for the upcoming year-end events. Please email me a list of names for each member of your party along with an indication of who are parents and siblings (if it applies). Seating is limited so the sooner the better. The cap is 6 per student. For new families: These annual events are a way to wrap up the academic year and celebrate the achievements of your students, this includes awards and scholarships that are presented at the awards ceremony during the Gala. Please feel free to email me with questions. Year End Gala = Students, parents and siblings are no charge. $50 per additional guest(includes step parents and step siblings) Spring Semi-Formal = Students are free of charge. $20 per additional guest Please send RSVPs and questions to me at lindsey@educationww.org

UPDATE 4/20 Please review new message below from Lisa McAleer for the upcoming trip. Good morning EWoW parents, It's been suggested that we change the date for the Mystic Aquarium field trip to Wednesday, May 1st. This may allow more students to attend since there are no classes that day. If you haven't already done so, could you please reply to this email no later than Tuesday, April 26th if your student would like to attend? UPDATE 3/29: Hello Everyone, Please see this message below from the McAleer family :) "Hi everyone, We are planning a spring field trip to the Mystic Aquarium on Saturday, April 27th. We are asking for a headcount by next Friday so we can try to qualify for the group discount they offer. Could everyone please let me know if your student plans to attend? UPDATE: There are Regular Classes running on February 29th and March 1st. This is due to a scheduling change in order to make up for snow days. If prior travel plans/appointments were made, please email me ASAP so the student can be excused from those class days. Thank you!

I won't be there tomorrow for the celebration but I can drop off some mini candy canes :)

I placed a note at the sign in table this morning about it and to RSVP on the forum

I can meet the group at the park since I already have my ticket for that date. Last year, the trail took about 45min to an hour to walk though. I also recommend arriving closer to 6pm as this date is a result of previous 3 rain out dates. I suspect more people will be planning to attend than usual.
