I sent an email to the High School parents about this, but I am posting here again for anyone who missed it. The deadline to fill out the High School Vaccine Information form is March 15th. If you have already submitted the form, please disregard this message. For those of you who have not filled out the form, I have attached the link to the form below. Remember, there are no hard and fast rules here at EWoW and we can certainly make accomodations if requested, but we do need to either have the form or a conversation within the next two weeks.
