Unfortunately I am unable to chaperone the Haunted Trail now so I am opening up the discussion for others to take this one if anyone wants. The dates are October 13, 14 and 20, 21.
Hi Amy and Lindsey, is there a way to make sure all the students are aware of the Friday Scary group event? I feel like we’re the only 3 that are aware of it🥴
How do you reach the students who do not come into Ewow regularly? Fir example, last year Max would not be aware of it as he could barely go in…. Is this community portal site, student meetings at Ewow, and note at sign in table the only ways to contact the student body?
Good questions. Not sure. I asked Nick to spread the word. Mary mentioned that a bunch of kids are going to the movies Friday, so I guess we're competing with that. Didn't know that when I scheduled this and bought tickets.
Meet in the EWOW parking lot at 5:30 p.m. (changed from 6:00) We will head straight over to the haunted trail (change from getting food first) . I can fit myself and Nick and 4 more comfortably in my car, 6 more if we squeeze in.

Return will be to EWOW parking lot. Return time depends on lines/wait time to walk the trail, but I'll ask the kids to keep parents posted on our ETA. If they want, I can take them for food after the trail.

Be sure to PURCHASE YOUR TICKET IN ADVANCE. If it gets too crowded, they will stop selling tickets at the door (meaning only those with advance tickets are admitted).
I can meet the group at the park since I already have my ticket for that date. Last year, the trail took about 45min to an hour to walk though. I also recommend arriving closer to 6pm as this date is a result of previous 3 rain out dates. I suspect more people will be planning to attend than usual.
