Hello all, my name is Jaz Liotta. I have been a competitive swimmer for 6 years, and I can confidently say it has changed my life for the better. This is why I'm excited to announce that I have started a fundraiser to give kids in low-income communities the equipment they need to play the sports they love. To raise money for this cause, I will be taking part in one of the toughest sports challenges there is... a Spartan Race!
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit, both in training and on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's important to me.
How donations work: The Spartan Race has a total of 20 obstacles I must complete to finish the race. You can donate a certain amount of money for every obstacle I complete. For example, say you bet 50 cents for every obstacle I complete, and I do all 20, then you would donate $10. If you would like to support me and my cause, please fill out the form linked below to make a pledge.
After the race, which takes place on November 12th, I will email or text you to let you know how many obstacles I completed, as well as a link to my GoFundMe to complete your donation. I realize that the race is rather soon. If the race has already passed by the time you're seeing this, but would still like to donate, please email/text me and I can send you the GoFundMe so that you can make a flat donation
I am fundraising in partnership with GoodSports, a nonprofit that has been helping kids in low-income communities have access to sports for over 20 years. If you have any questions, please reach out. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support!
